Solution
Avangard Solutions offered the Regular version of the AVAVoIP platform coupled with open source Asterisk server and thus was able to provide a turnkey Retail VoIP solution to the customer.
The network will be used for Retail services providing IP2IP connectivity of Calldaddy’s retail users:
Users are able to call each other with dedicated DIDs
Users are able to call anywhere at rates provided by Calldaddy
DIDs are provided a third party provider
The network consists of 4 distributed redundant high availability server clusters:
DB cluster –hosts the AVAVoIP OSS Database, Real time Database and the Data Warehouse.
Rate cluster –hostd the AVAVoIP Rating and Tax Engines
Billing/OSS cluster –hosts the WEB Portal and all billing jobs
YATE Registrar and real time routing – used to authorize prepaid users and real time routing of calls
Dedicated custom branded web end user portal was provided for users to manage account, add funds and check their call history etc.
