Las Vegas, NV, July 7, 2008 – Avangard Solutions, Inc, a leading provider of software solutions and professional services, was selected by Nectar Services as its provider of Rating engine as well as development and maintenance services.

Under the terms of the engagement Avangard Solutions will integrate its AVARating product with Nectar's network.

AVARating is a high performance rating engine which enables VoIP carriers and ISP providers to deploy their own in-house real time prepaid and postpaid billing and settlement solutions. It is a standalone multithreaded server application which will accept authorization and CDR requests and will return rated results based on pre-loaded set of rating tables and custom charge or reverse formulas. AVARating allows provisioning of theoretically unrestricted number of rate plans and rates – the limits being available hardware resources. It has been proven to provide high transaction throughput and low TCO in most challenging environments.
